Schematic Capture

Schematic
capture or design entry is the first or front end step in the
electronics design process. Before the PCB layout is initiated, a
schematic should first exist. This schematic initially can even exist
as a pencil and paper drawing or a simple napkin before its entered
into the schematic editor or captured. Upon receipt and
conversion of the schematic we will review its readiness for layout by:
- Checking for potential errors
- Correcting any schematic errors
- Assigning proper PCB footprints to parts
- Assign net names where applicable
- Verifying proper net connectvity
- Identify any parts or cost reductions
- Identifing critical nets (clock, high speed, sensitive analog power and ground)
- Verifying and or assigning proper parts numbers
Even if you don't have the required electronic version of the schematic, we will generate one for you.
