PCB layout is a
critical step in electronics design. A high quality professional layout
can be the difference between single board spin or multiple
iterations. We have the software necessary to complete your project.
Depending on your needs, we can provide single layer, 2-layer, 4-layer,
or multiple layer board designs. We can also perform library management for your PCB component footprints. Currently, we have experince using
Eagle, OrCAD, ExpressPCB and KiCAD. Other CAD design packages will
continue to be introduced.
At minimum just provide us with:
- Basic Design Guidelines
- Component Placement Instructions
- Component Height Restrictions
- Mechanical Form Factor and Dimensions
- Mounting Hole Size and Locations
- Connector Placement
Upon completion of a design we can supply:
- Schematics (PDF)
- Gerber files (RS-274X)
- NC Drill files
- Bill of Material - BOM (Excel)
- Fabrication Drawings (PDF)
- Assembly Drawings (PDF)
- Source Code (for Embedded Projects)
- Written Theory of Operation or other requested Documentation
